Custom Solutions

If our off-the-shelf range doesn’t meet your needs, our technical team can customise solutions using modular components—or design a fully bespoke product tailored to your requirements. Whether adapting an existing system or engineering a one-off solution, we work closely with partners to ensure every custom design meets performance, safety and installation requirements.

Design Safety

In line with TÜV and UL safety guidelines, B-Tech products are de- signed, engineered and rigorously tested to ensure they perform correctly at their maximum stated load and will not fail at up to five times that load. Above all, B-Tech designs products that are safe, solid and secure.

Warranty

Setting high standards and meeting customer expectations is our top priority. To support this, B-Tech offers a comprehensive product guarantee. Most B-Tech products are supplied with a minimum 5-year guarantee as standard, covering defects in materials and workman- ship. In the event of a fault, products will be replaced or credited accordingly. The guarantee applies to the original owner only and is valid provided all installation instructions and guidelines are followed.

Supply Chain

Engineers carry out rigorous quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process and again after production is complete. Additional stringent inspections are performed upon delivery to our warehouses to ensure consistent quality. B-Tech products comply with European Regulations (EU) 2023/988, as well as REACH and RoHS directives, and our key component suppliers operate under internationally recognised ISO-certified quality management systems.
