Thank you for visiting us at ISE 2025 Copy

Returning to Las Vegas for our fifth Infocomm event in the US, the B-Tech AV Mounts team had the pleasure of welcoming a record number of visitors to our West Hall booth. With a footfall increase of almost 20% over our 2023 outing, this was our most successful Infocomm yet, enabling us to introduce a number of new AV professionals to the B-Tech brand, whilst also reconnecting with many key customers who we have built successful relationship during the past few years.

Returning to Las Vega

On another positive, we saw a significant increase in the number of international visitors, particularly from the UK and Asia, highlighting the show’s significance to global business as well as that taking place on US soil. This is also reflected in the show’s official figures, which highlight overseas visitors as making up 23% of the total attendance. This gave us a great opportunity to discuss large projects for multi-national brands who require solutions for worldwide rollouts – something B-Tech is perfectly equipped to support thanks to our network of in-house teams and offices located across every continent.

Avixa have posted verified attendance figures of 30,271, which indicates there is still more to come from this event, as post-covid recovery appears to be slower in comparison to Europe’s ISE event. The signs are encouraging though and we anticipate an even bigger attendance for the 2025 show, which we are pleased to announce we have signed up for.

Products on display throughout the booth gave an overview of key solutions for some of the most important market verticals, such as retail, digital signage, education, collaboration and unified communications.

Our dvLED area included wall and floor stand options from our award-winning range of dvLED mounts, demonstrated with Absen’s A27 and Samsung’s The Wall cabinets including their IAB 110” all-in-one. This show also gave us the opportunity to preview our new dvLED solution which will be launching soon; a simplified, universal version of our System X solution which we are aptly naming System Xpress – look out for further information about that in the coming months.

Our mock retail storefront window featured solutions for mounting Samsung’s OM55N-D dual sided display, LG’s 86” stretch display as well as a high brightness display from Dynascan which was cleverly mounted onto our retractable base floor stand – an ideal solution for easy access to displays mounted behind a glass window.

Our AV device storage solutions including the BT7888 slide out storage tray and BT7883 / BT7885 all in one screen mount and integrated slide-out/down storage trays have been runaway success stories in the US market, they continue to sell in large volumes and always receive huge attention at trade shows, with this Infocomm being no exception.

Examples from our range of video bar mounts were dotted throughout the booth, attached to various carts and stands and the aforementioned storage solutions, demonstrating the versatility of B-Tech mounts by allowing any solution to be easily accessorised. Examples on the booth included bars from Logitech, Neat and Biamp.

Our flagship component mounting system for multi-screen installations – System X, was on show once again, used in video wall and menu board setups; two mainstays of any AV installers repertoire. The latter was installed as a curved solution hung from the ceiling, demonstrating System X’s versatility to overcome any mounting challenge.

A small selection from our range of carts and stands demonstrated how the B-Tech range covers lower price points with solutions such as our pole mounted floor stands as well as premium options such as our Designer Trolleys (in this instance for a Samsung Flip) and our Mode-AL range for video conferencing applications.

Whilst dvLED is a clear focus in the direction the display market is taking, LCD video walls are still popular and our pop-out BT8312 with patented soft-open technology is still an installer favourite worldwide. At this event it was used to mount a 1×3 portrait videowall using Philips 46” displays – put to good use here as part of our B-Tech Pro Striker game – first seen at ISE in January, we enjoyed bringing this interactive exhibit to Infocomm and giving booth visitors the opportunity to test their strength and compete for some $50 gift cards. We’ll be following up with the winners shortly so keep an eye on your inbox if you participated.

Products aside, Infocomm provides the perfect opportunity to further develop relationships with key customers, and we had the pleasure of supporting our US distributor, Starin, at their evening event at the Ole Red Bar on Wednesday evening. The turnout was exceptional, and the live music, drinks and food were also on point. We announced our distribution agreement with Starin at the beginning of the year, the partnership has been fantastic thus far and we encourage everyone to visit their site, where the full B-Tech range is listed.

This wouldn’t have been our most successful Infocomm to date without the support of our manufacturer partners. We’d like to extend our thanks to Samsung, LG, Absen, Philips, Dynascan, Neat, Datapath, and Allsee, all of whom loaned or donated equipment for our booth. These manufacturer relationships not only help with events like this but also provide tremendous benefits for supply and support on live projects. It’s great that we can utilize these relationships to support our customers throughout North America and the rest of the world.

If you visited our booth during the show, thank you for stopping by. We trust that your visit was insightful
and entertaining, especially if you played the Pro Striker game. If you missed us this time, we hope to see
you at another event this year. We’ll be at multiple events worldwide, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter for updates.
